We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
When you delegate a domain to YourDDNS, you confirm that you are the legitimate registrant or authorized administrator of that domain. You remain responsible for any activity under that domain.
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from downtime, data loss, or DNS propagation delays.
We collect and store only the information necessary to operate the Service, including your email address, IP addresses used to update DNS records, and DNS query logs. We do not sell your data to third parties. Query logs are retained for the duration specified by your plan.
Free plans are subject to the usage limits shown at signup. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Downgrading a plan does not entitle you to a refund for any unused period.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all DNS records and custom zones associated with your account will be permanently removed. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period on a free plan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
